Session Times:

Our Saturday sessions - at Knightwood Leisure Centre (check here for the address). 

Saturday session times are:

• 8.30 - 9.30 - Vipers (5yrs - 7yrs inc)

• 9.30 - 10.30 - Juniors (8yrs - 11yrs inc)

• 10:45 - 12:00 - Youth (12yrs-15yrs inc)

• 12.00 - 13.30 - Seniors (aged 16+) and older youths (14+)

We will be continuing our sessions on Thursdays at the Hilt in Chandlers Ford at the following times:

• 19.00 - 20.00 - All Grades 

• 19.00 - 21.00 - 16+
