About our club
We are a large, friendly judo club, run by volunteers, based at Knightwood Leisure Centre and the Hilt in Chandlers Ford.
We cater for players of all levels, from absolute beginners through to experienced players who compete nationally, and welcome players of all ages from 5 years old. We encourage everybody to take part and have several players with special needs. Our aim is to help players of all ages and abilities enjoy and improve their judo.
Judo is a fantastic way to improve your fitness and build confidence as well as a means of self-defense. It's also a great way to make new friends - we are a very social club and run a number of events throughout the year so there are plenty of opportunities to get to know us a bit better.
We always welcome new players - the first session is free, come along and have a go!

Fleming Park Judo Club crowned Hampshire champions!
Well done to all of our judo players, young and not-so-young, who competed in the Hampshire closed competition - many doing their first competition.
As a result of the excellent performances (5 golds, 5 silvers and 5 bronzes), we secured the Hampshire team cup. - great judo everyone!

New year, New venue, New times!
Everyone at Fleming park judo club hopes you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and that everyone is keeping safe and well.
These are exciting times for the club as January sees us move to our new venue for our Saturday sessions - at Knightwood Leisure Centre (check here for the address).
Saturday session times are:
8.30 - 9.30 - Vipers (5yrs - 7yrs inc)
9.30 - 10.30 - Juniors (8yrs - 11yrs inc)
10:45 - 12:00 - Youth (12yrs-15yrs inc)
12.00 - 13.30 - Seniors (aged 16+) and older youths (14+)
We will be continuing our sessions on Thursdays at the Hilt in Chandlers Ford at the following times:
19.00 - 2030 - All Grades (8+ inc Seniors)
20.30 - 21.00 - 16+ only Randori/Kata Practice
Given the current environment, we will continue to ask our judoka to observe our co-vid rules. You can find these here.
